Can you help me prepare for a trade show in China?
Yes. Tell us the show and what you’re looking for. We screen the full exhibitor list and give you a map of the companies worth meeting, with booth numbers, key facts and questions to ask.
Can you plan factory visits for my trip?
Yes. We turn your shortlist into a visit plan — which factories, in what order — and can combine it with show days into one trip.
Do you take a commission from the suppliers you recommend?
No. We’re paid only by buyers. No supplier can pay to be on your shortlist.
Do you also find suppliers, not just check them?

Verifying a supplier
What’s included in a report?
Standard covers 7 core checks (about 35 data points) for fast screening. Deep Dive adds customs, IP, reputation and a remote facility check — 11 categories, about 75 data points — for a pre-order decision.
What data sources do you use?
Official Chinese government, judicial, customs, tax and IP databases — the national enterprise registry, Credit China, China Judgements Online, enforcement records, the State Taxation Administration, Customs and CNIPA, among others.
How current is the data?
We pull the latest available records when you order. Every report is dated, and every finding is traceable to its source.
What languages are reports in?
Reports are delivered in English. Need another language? Just ask.
Is this AI or people — and do I get a score?
Both. Our system reads many official Chinese-language sources fast; an analyst then reviews the evidence before it reaches you. We don’t give a black-box score — we show the evidence and flag inconsistencies, and the decision stays yours.
Privacy
Will you contact the supplier I’m checking?
No. Every check is confidential — we work only from official and public records, and we never tip off the company you’re checking — and the supplier never finds out who asked.
Is my information secure?
Your requests and reports are kept private and stored securely, and we don’t share them with anyone but you.
Ordering & payment
Do I need an account to order?
No account needed to start — just submit a request. If you order a report, we’ll email you login access so you can view it online.
How long does a report take?
Standard lands in about 2 business days, Deep Dive in about 5. Each report is a professional, ready-to-read document.
How do I order a check?
Send us the supplier name or a 1688 / Alibaba link plus your details. We confirm the right legal entity by its USCC and get started.
What if the company name has multiple matches?
We confirm the exact entity by its 18-digit Unified Social Credit Code (USCC) before we start, so you never end up checking the wrong company.
How long can I access my report?
Your report is delivered as a PDF you can keep, with online access to your past reports.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Payment is taken securely online in USD.
What’s your refund policy?
If we can’t complete the scope you ordered, you get a full refund.
Do I still pay if the report finds no problems?
Yes — you’re paying for the verification work, not a particular result. A clean report is a valid, useful outcome.
