Terms of Service

Effective date: 27 June 2026 · Last updated: 27 June 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Traderify website (traderify.co), the Traderify buyer portal (app.traderify.co), and the supplier verification reports and related services we provide (together, the “Service”). Traderify is operated by Hongkong Seeya Technology Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (CR No. 76991891), with registered office at RM 509, 5/F, The Cloud, 111 Tung Chau Street, Tai Kok Tsui, Hong Kong (“Traderify”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that entity, and “you” refers to that entity.

What Traderify is — and is not. Traderify provides informational due-diligence reports that compile and cross-reference data about suppliers from public and commercial sources. Our reports are a research aid for your own decision-making. They are not a guarantee of any supplier’s quality, solvency, honesty or future performance, not a recommendation to transact, and not legal, financial, tax or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for your own commercial decisions.

1. The Service

Traderify offers supplier verification reports in tiers (currently a Standard Report and a Deep Dive Report), together with related buyer-side services described on our website. Each report presents factual observations and cross-reference findings drawn from third-party databases and materials. Traderify does not assign trustworthiness ratings or letter grades to suppliers; findings are presented objectively for your assessment.

We are a buyer-side service. We are paid only by buyers and receive no commissions, referral fees or other payments from the suppliers we report on.

2. Accounts and eligibility

  • The Service is intended for business and professional use by individuals aged 18 or over.
  • Registration currently requires an invite code. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
  • We use passwordless sign-in (a one-time link and/or a one-time code sent to your email). You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You must notify us promptly at hello@traderify.co if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. Orders, credits and delivery

  • You may order reports using report credits or, where available, by cash payment at checkout.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate identifiers for the target supplier (such as company name, registration details or store URL). Inaccurate identifiers may delay delivery or affect the report.
  • Delivery timeframes shown (for example, 2 or 5 business days) are targets. The service-level clock begins after you confirm the supplier’s registered legal entity, which we typically identify for your confirmation within one business day of payment.
  • Report credits, where granted, may have conditions or expiry as stated when issued.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change from time to time. Cash payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; you agree to their terms in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes, duties or bank charges that apply to your purchase, except taxes on our income.

5. Refunds

Our refund commitment is set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: if we are unable to complete the scope you ordered, you are entitled to a full refund. Because a report may reveal risks, adverse findings, or the absence of findings, a completed report is not eligible for refund on the basis of its conclusions. If you purchase through, or resell under, a separate partner or reseller agreement, the refund and after-sales terms of that agreement govern that relationship.

6. Use of reports and intellectual property

  • Traderify, the Traderify platform, our report templates, methodology and all related intellectual property are owned by Traderify and its licensors.
  • On delivery of a report and full payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that report internally for your own due diligence.
  • You may not resell, publish, redistribute or make the report available to third parties (other than your own professional advisers acting on your behalf) without our prior written consent.
  • You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive our methodology or data sources from the Service or its outputs.

Authorised partners and resellers. If you have entered into a separate written partner or reseller agreement with Traderify, the resale, redistribution, co-branding or white-labelling of reports is governed by that agreement, and the internal-use restriction above does not apply to the extent that agreement expressly permits.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to harass or defame any party, to circumvent security or access controls, or in any way that could damage or overburden the Service.

8. Confidentiality

Reports we deliver are confidential to you. Information you submit in connection with an order (such as the identity of a supplier you are evaluating) will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party data and no warranty

Our reports rely on data from government registries, commercial databases and other third-party sources. Such data may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, and is outside our control. The Service and all reports are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traderify will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising out of or relating to the Service or any report, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Traderify against claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or a report, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The courts of Hong Kong will have jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
