Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service and explains when you can get a refund for a Traderify order.

Our promise in one line. If we can’t complete the scope you ordered, you get a full refund. What you pay for is the verification work — not a particular result.

1. When you are entitled to a full refund

You are entitled to a full refund if we are unable to complete the scope of the report you ordered — for example, if we cannot reliably identify or access the necessary records for the supplier you asked us to verify. In that case we will either refund your payment or, if you paid with a report credit, restore that credit.

2. What is not refundable

Because you are paying for the verification work rather than for any specific outcome, a completed report is not refundable on the basis of its findings. In particular, a refund is not available where:

  • the report is delivered and finds no adverse information about the supplier (“nothing wrong” is a valid and useful result);
  • the report identifies risks, inconsistencies or adverse records you were hoping it would not;
  • certain data was legitimately unavailable and this is disclosed in the report, but the ordered scope was otherwise completed; or
  • you change your mind after the work has been substantially performed.

These outcomes reflect the honest results of the verification, which is what you ordered.

3. Report credits

A report credit is consumed when it is used to place an order that we then complete. If an order paid with a credit cannot be completed by us, the credit is restored to your account. Promotional or free credits may have their own expiry or conditions, stated when they are issued.

4. Other services

Services other than standard reports (for example, trade-show intelligence or sourcing services) are scope-based. The same principle applies: if we cannot deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the undelivered scope. Any specific terms for those services will be confirmed with you before work begins.

5. How to request a refund

Email hello@traderify.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to review requests promptly and, where a refund is due, to process it within a reasonable period (typically within 5–10 business days) using your original payment method or by restoring your credit.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, including in the European Union or Brazil.

7. Partners and resellers

If you purchase through, or resell via, a separate partner or reseller agreement with Traderify, the refund and after-sales terms of that agreement apply to that relationship. For co-branded reports, after-sales corrections are handled as set out in the partner agreement; for white-label reports, the reseller owns the end-client relationship and its after-sales. This public policy governs buyers who purchase directly from Traderify.
