Privacy Policy

Effective date: 27 June 2026 · Last updated: 27 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Hongkong Seeya Technology Limited (CR No. 76991891), operating as Traderify (“we”, “us”), collects and uses personal data when you use traderify.co and app.traderify.co (the “Service”). We are the data controller for the personal data described here. You can reach us at hello@traderify.co.

Two kinds of data, kept separate in your mind. This policy covers your personal data as a user of Traderify (mainly your email and order history). It does not govern the business-registry and public-record information about the suppliers you research — that is factual information about companies, drawn from public and commercial sources, and is the subject matter of the reports you order.

1. Personal data we collect

Category	Examples
Account data	Your email address (used for passwordless sign-in), and any name or company name you provide.
Order data	The supplier identifiers you submit (company name, store URL, registration code), the report tier you choose, order status and history.
Payment data	Handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a transaction and limited billing details — we do not store full card numbers.
Communications	Messages you send us and our replies.
Technical & usage data	Log data, IP address, device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use your data

To create and secure your account and to sign you in (sending one-time links and codes).
To process orders, deliver reports, and provide customer support.
To send transactional messages such as login codes and order updates. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
To take payment and keep records required for accounting and tax.
To protect the Service against fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal obligations.
To maintain and improve the Service.

3. Legal bases (EU/UK GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Service you request); legitimate interests (to secure, operate and improve the Service, balanced against your rights); consent (where we ask for it, such as optional communications); and legal obligation (for example, record-keeping).

4. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to run the Service:

Provider	Purpose
Supabase	Database and authentication
Vercel	Application hosting
Resend	Transactional email delivery
Airwallex	Payment processing

We may also disclose data where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights and safety of Traderify and others.

5. International transfers

We operate from Hong Kong, and our providers may process data in Hong Kong, the United States, the European Union and other locations. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection, such as relying on providers that offer recognised safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses).

6. How long we keep data

Account data — for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Order and billing records — as needed to meet accounting and legal requirements.
Source materials used to prepare a report — retained for a limited period (up to approximately 90 days after delivery) and then archived or deleted in line with our internal retention practice.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@traderify.co. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

EU/EEA/UK (GDPR): you may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Brazil (LGPD): you have equivalent rights and may contact the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

8. Cookies

We use only cookies that are necessary to operate the Service, primarily to keep you securely signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures such as encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The Service is for business users and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date and, where appropriate, notify you.
