Report Disclaimer

Effective date: 27 June 2026 · Last updated: 27 June 2026

Please read this disclaimer before ordering. It explains what a Traderify report is, what it is not, and how to use it responsibly. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

A Traderify report is a research aid, not a verdict. It compiles and cross-references factual information about a supplier so you can make a better-informed decision. It does not tell you whether to trade with anyone, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

1. Informational purpose only

Our reports are provided for your own due diligence. They are not a recommendation to enter into or avoid any transaction, and they do not constitute legal, financial, tax, credit or investment advice. You are responsible for your own commercial decisions.

2. No rating, no guarantee

We do not assign trustworthiness scores or letter grades, and we do not certify that a supplier is “safe”, “reliable” or “approved”. We present factual observations and cross-reference findings. A report cannot guarantee a supplier’s quality, solvency, honesty, or future performance.

3. Reliance on third-party data

Reports draw on government registries, commercial databases and other third-party sources. That information may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors, and it reflects a point in time. We take reasonable care in preparing each report but do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of underlying third-party data.

4. Business model is assessed neutrally

Where a report classifies a supplier’s operating model (for example, as a manufacturer or a trading company), this is a factual classification, not a risk judgment. Operating as a trading company is a common and legitimate business model and is not, by itself, an adverse finding.

5. Trade-data scope

Where a report includes international trade or shipment data, that data is sourced from the customs records of specific regions and does not capture activity outside those regions. It represents a partial view of a supplier’s total trade activity and should not be read as a complete measure of its volume or reach.

6. Absence of findings

The absence of adverse records is not an endorsement, and the absence of a displayed certificate does not mean a supplier is unable to obtain it for a specific order. Such absences should be interpreted as neutral, not positive or negative.

7. Recommended next steps

A report is a starting point. Before committing significant funds, we encourage you to verify key claims directly with the supplier, request references, begin with a sample order, arrange independent pre-shipment inspection where appropriate, and use payment methods that offer protection.

8. Confidentiality and liability

Each report is confidential to you and licensed for your internal use as set out in our Terms of Service, except where a separate partner or reseller agreement with Traderify permits redistribution, co-branding or white-labelling. Our liability in connection with a report is limited as described in those Terms.

9. Contact
